Pasteurization monitor, RPU120+ / RPU242 / RPT243 / RPC80

The HAFFMANS-REDPOST series of monitors for determination of pasteurization units provides a wide range of instruments to ensure pasteurization process control which measure temperature in bottles or cans during pasteurization, as well as count the number of pasteurization units (PU).

The pasteurization unit monitors are registering instruments. These devices are water-proof, easy-to-operate, have high-precision of measurements and require minimal service.

The pasteurization units monitor passes through the tunnel pasteurizer together with a bottle or a can, simultaneously measuring and storing temperature values during the measurement period. After passing through the tunnel pasteurizer the monitor is connected to a hybrid printing and charging device which prints the measurement protocol or transfers the measurements into PC memory.
